Fifteen people were arrested because they trafficked people to the United Kingdom in trucks.
Police said Friday that during an operation they had found 37 Albanian citizens at a hotel in gents in Belgium waiting to cross over to England
The leader of the suspected human trafficking gang is a 29-year-old Albanian, who was arrested in the same town Monday, raising the number of arrests.
Of those arrested, 12 were in Belgium, two in England, and one in Germany.
Suspects arrested outside Belgium will be extradited under a European Order of Arrest to face charges of trafficking in human beings.
Federal police Belge, who headed the investigation, co-ordinated with the National Crime Agency in the United Kingdom.
They said Albanian citizens Admir Canaj, 38, and Astrit Ramoshi, 37, were arrested in London on Tuesday and accused of running smuggling into the United Kingdom.
The names and nationalities of those arrested in Belgium and Germany have not yet been issued.
The exiles, mostly Albanians, would pay up to 15,000 euros for the group (13.300 pounds), which used the hotel in Gent as a container zone, and people who were being trafficked would hide in trucks with special divisions and drivers' co-operation.
