Telekom management today is expected to download another 10 managers

This management has decided that because of its poor performance to dismiss even ten regional managers who mostly come from the department of sale.

This has been made known to KosovoPress, Kosovo Telecom chief Bedri Istrefi, who has warned new dismissals during an interview.

As a cause of these dismissals, Istrefi is considering the poor performance of these managers.

Istref: The dismissal of 10 regional managers is expected today.

By seeing their performance, I've been extremely obliged to make decisions to make high-level management decisions to do otherwise, refresh them and we start with new people to make their contribution so that we can barely create financial stability. There have been about 6 downloads yesterday, and today there are expected to be other downloads of regional level managers, of several other managers in some other principals, so that it will continue to be identified every day to identify the performance of anyone who has positions to be viewed as their performance and base of performance to be given both assessment and promotion, and stimulus, but to punish those who do not do the job properly... Other dismissals are expected to be somewhere around 10”, he said.

While he says he will be uncompetitive to those showing poor performance, Telekom's first warned every day more dismissals.

Istref: New downloads are expected every day

“Every day new dismissals will be expected, every day I will not compromise on anyone within Kosovo Telecom, which has poor performance, their performance of work directly affects the development and advancement of Kosovo Telecom”, the head of Telekom said.

According to him, those who will be fired will primarily meet the retail department, as a responsibility for consumer demands has been noted.

Istref: Those who get fired mostly come from the department of sale.

The department of sale is essentially almost key because we link contracts to businesses, to institutions, to consumers and each of them categories from a contract manager and we see a non-communication between the secretariat and the establishment of these contracts. And it has been an extremely serious neglect to the interior staff and I will not compromise on those people who are irresponsible in relation to dealing with consumer demands”, he said.

Kosovo Telekom chief Bedri Istrefi as he spoke of yesterday's dismissals within this public corporation, said six dismissals have been made.

Istrefi for Kosova Prees, has provided clarification concerning the dismissal of Demir Limaj, the director of sales in Kosovo Telecom.

And the three months ago that we've talked together to find a replacement, a person who's agreed to be able to get under control of the internal staff to establish accountability within the institution... I didn't download it in agreement we'll also make the decision I've made at the sale directorate I've got in close co-ordination and co-operation with Mr. Limaj, he's still the director of the sale, and we hope the next few days we'll make an extremely good choice even with Mr Limaj that we'll choose an internal candidate who will do the job of Mr.... I had a meeting with him this morning, even with some of the high-level sections of Telekom management directors and in conversations with him, it's seen that his greatest ambition is towards the academic part, but I believe by the end of this month it will be clearly defined”, Kosovo Telecom chief stressed.

During yesterday except for Demir Limaj, others fired are Arsim Bilalli and Arben Shaban.
