The Institute of Legal Medicine in Lozanne, in Kosovo, became known after conducting expertise for the death of Astrit Dehari, who died at the Pre-burg Centre in Prizren on November 6, 2016.
This institute refuses to show whether experts who worked in the report on Dehar's death that was made public the previous day will come to Kosovo to provide clarifications.
“Informats will go to competent authority. The University Law Medicine Centre in Loza does not provide any information on the cases”, said Aline Chaupond, assistant director of the Institute.
Distrusting with a report carried out by legal medicine in Kosovo, which says their son committed suicide, the Dehari family asked the Prosecutor for the next expert to take place in Switzerland. The Swiss institute submitted the detailed report to Kosovo weeks ago, leaving little chance that Dehar may have committed suicide.
In conclusion, Mr. Dehari Astrit with the tools presented by legal doctors does not look real. That's why the circumstances of Mr. Dehari Astrit are, in our opinion, involved in a suspicion of intervention of the third person in the fatal process. The supplementary executions are necessary to exclude the intervention of the third person in Mr. Dehari Astrit”, said in the conclusions of the report that was released last Thursday when the Dehari family and their lawyer, Tome Gashi, received a copy of expertise from Prizren's Founding Prosecutor.
