Suspected of misuse of official duty, released from indictment

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has declared the indictment against indictees E. Q, A.M. and R. The JG, which has been acquitted of misusing official office or authority.

The court through a communique says it has found that after proceeding material evidence and hearing witnesses it has not been found that the accused committed the criminal work they were charged with.

“indictees E. Q, A.M. and R. The JG has been charged by the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo for criminal work Misuse of the official position or authority by Article 422 par.1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code. Against that decision, the parties have a right to a complaint at the Kosovo Appeal Court”, the communiqué says.
