But one of the priority issues of this government will remain the continuation of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
Kurti's co-party, Rexhep Selmi, considers the government led by Kurti, will have access and other reports to dialogue, saying the VV will not hurt Kosovo's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
“We will have a report and a completely different approach towards Serbia without ever hurting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic, and also at maximum transparency we will approach this problem with a problem that requires solutions to”.
The Vetevendosje Movement and future Prime Minister Kurti has given its positions and statements on how to address the report with Serbia. The report with Serbia does not mean that there will definitely be negotiations, the report with Serbia should initially have the political, trade and economic reciprocity report, and then beyond that we see and do”, Selimi said.
Selimi has indicated that the dialogue process conducted so far between the Kosovar and Serb sides has been completely wrong, viewing Kosovo as a losing party.
He has even indicated that the Presidents Thaci and Vuqi had agreed on a series of secret agreements.
We don't see any agreements separately and we don't share these agreements from the whole process. The whole process has been wrong, in all of that process Kosovo has only lost because in that process Serbia's demands against Kosovo, which have been demands against the constitution, against constitutional order, against Kosovo's internal state construction, therefore we do not share agreements we are denouncing the whole process as a wrong process for Kosovo”.
“Reporting with Serbia we should have the whole other approach you remember the opinions that all the agreements or talks are made behind the eyes of opinion have been secret deals, between Thaci and Vuciqi, or earlier between Thaci and Dacic. Agreements which have yet to be ratified without knowing what such ones are in the Kosovo Parliament”.
The Agreement on Demarkation has been an agreement that is unfortunately made by the two governments and ratified by the two respective parliaments from Montenegro and Kosovo in then we have told them that they are making a huge mistake that they are ratifying because ratification gives the stamp to that agreement because these are the rules of international agreements. Had we not ratified this, we would have already saved the part that Montenegro is already managing unfortunately after ratification by the past government in the Kosovo Assembly”.
In addition to Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, the Kurti Government is expected to bear the responsibility to bear the 100 per cent tax imposed during the prime minister's term, Ramush Haradinaj, for which Selimi expressed that Kosovo should not be inferior to Serbia but maintain full trade, economic and political reciprocity with the neighbouring state.
“We will establish full trade and economic political reciprocity, we have said that even when we were in parliament even when we were in opposition even before we imposed Haradinaj's tax, we've always said how much we were in the Kosovo Assembly that, Kosovo should not have insultibility to Serbia but full trade, economic and political reciproctors. The tax would be replaced with higher levels of citizenship against Serbia, rather than being isolated only in tariffs and in tariff measures”.
Selimi Special Court sees it as an unfair institution of justice, even according to Selimi, this court is completely unfair when it comes to justice KLA, reports EO.
Kosovo's “Parliament has unfortunately ratified by a majority of 2/3 we have rejected as injustice and not as justice, the greatest injustice that has ever happened to Kosovo Albanians to the Kosovo Liberation Army has come to justice, processes are in such a phase that now parliament must have the same numbers to undo eventually, but the process has gone so far as some processes are currently irreversible”.
“Whatever it is, we continue to consider it an injustice to the KLA and the Albanian people, and especially to the cause of the Albanian people for freedom and liberation”, Selimi concluded.
