PZAP restores for diaspora, NISMAL votes

The Supreme Court has seen the Vetevendosje Movement's request for the count of 4 thousand and 539 diaspora votes as legitimate, so it has annulled the decision of the Election Panel for Ances and Paraseta (PZAP), which it had seen Vetevendosje's request unmet. What does recounting these votes mean for the Initiative?
The electoral panel for Ances and Paraseta is expected to meet today and make a decision to count about 5 thousand diaspora votes, which had arrived in Kosovo late, despite they were started on time, writes the newspaper “Zri” today.
Besides these diaspora votes, all other votes have already been counted, though even further no announcement of the election's final results will be made.
Central Election Commission spokesman (KQZ), Valmir Elezi, has told “Zerin” that the number of votes on bail has ended, of persons with special needs and the counting of votes at 4 locations, which had gone to the recount.
Elez has said that on the issue of counting about 5,000 diaspora votes must be restored The PZAP and the CEC will act in line with his decision. After the decision, The PZAP must restore to the issue in question. The announcement of the results cannot be made without a decision from PZAP, so they must also wait for the decision to proceed with the next steps”, he has stated.
Recognisors of political issues in the country have estimated that the voting counting process has been stalled. According to them, because of these delays, the formation of institutions will also take place.
Otherwise, after counting these diaspora votes from Vetevendosje, they say they expect deepening victory, as far as the AKR Initiative coalition says they will be determining if this coalition passes the threshold.
