The Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parashtre has rejected Vetevendosje Movement's request for the count of approximately 5 thousand voter ballots outside Kosovo, accepted in the CEC since 08.10,2019 to 11.10. 2019.

The Electoral Panel for Ances and Parashtre (PZAP) has rejected the Vetevendosje Movement's demand to become the count of about 5 thousand voters outside Kosovo.

“Paneli has found that the complaint claims not to count 4639 packaged with mail revenues from citizens living outside Kosovo, which have not come and counted in the QNR, cannot be the object of the assessment at this stage of the election process, for the fact that, the CEC has not yet made a decision regarding the recounting of these voter ballots outside Kosovo, as does the CEC's own complaint, introduced on the 19.101191959> in the recent PAP decision made.

In terms of concrete cases from PZAP, they are declaring that the CEC has not yet made a decision on this issue, so the panel estimates it is not under the jurisdiction of this institution that at this stage of the late process in terms of counting voter ballots outside Kosovo.

From PZAP, they say they make decisions only after CEC decisions.

About this case from the CEC, no decision has yet been made concerning the recount or refusal to recount 4 thousand and 539 packages coming from voters abroad.
