They protested days earlier against education reform in this municipality, which envisions closing 19 schools in rural areas and sending children to surrounding schools.
The Kamenica Education Directorate has indicated that despite the protests of residents, their stance on education reforms does not change.
Even Kamenica's chairman, central Kastrati, had declared that the decision to reshuffle education has no political background, but “this is done for the benefit of children”.
Otherwise, protest by the residents of Busavat village is held today in front of the Ministry of Education facility starting at 11:00.
