The State Prosecutor, based on Memorandum Co-operation and Co-ordination among relevant institutions, has established the enterprise of activities for successfully fighting, including prevention, of all who are at odds with the provisions of the law in force regarding criminal acts against voting rights.
Given the competencies the CEC has, during the entire election process it is obliged to co-ordinate its activities with the signatory institutions of memorandum co-operation, and after the proposal of CEC chairman, the State Prosecutor announces to the public that the State Prosecutor and investigators from Kosovo Police, who will jointly submit and verify the claims issued by the CEC, has already been present.
