The prosecution withdraws from the indictment, dismissed criminal proceedings against Libron Ali

The decision to cast this indictment has been handed down by Judge Defeit Shyti, since the Founding Prosecutor in Pristina has renounced this indictment, which was set up about three months ago.
This indictment was filed because, as the prosecution claimed, Aliu in the Kosovo Assembly Hall on March 21, 2018, had received 40 official cards serving as a vote from MPs' tables.
Former Aliu delegation, these cards were received in order to prevent the vote on the demarcation agreement with Montenegro.
In the decision, which has provided “Justice Vow”, it turns out on September 30th 2019, prosecutor Besart Mustafa has handed over to the court for the withdrawal of this indictment.
It says that the prosecution's body has analysed evidence, photo documentation, video-incirculation and other evidence found in the subject documents has come to the conclusion that in concrete cases no force has been used, violence, or serious chaos, respectively.
So according to this decision, it is said that the prosecution has concluded that there is no good-based doubt that the accused Ali has committed criminal work “preventing the official person from performing official duties”. In view of the prosecutor's withdrawal from prosecution, Judge Defeit Shyti has found that there is no longer any question in this criminal case, firing this criminal procedure.
According to the indictment that had provided “The Justice Vow”, the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Act of Accusation to Ali was established on 26 July 2019. While the Constitutional Court in Pristina had accepted this indictment on July 30th of this year.
According to the indictment, it is said that on March 21, 2018, around 13:44, in the Republic of Kosovo Assembly Hall, Libun Aliu is accused of holding off official persons in carrying out official duties, respectively, MPs from the Republic of Kosovo Assembly.
The prosecution claims that while the deputies of the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament have been at a pause, accused Lieburn Aliu has entered the legislature hall and MPs' tables have received about 40 official voting cards, unable to develop the successful session of the Republic of Kosovo's extraordinary Assembly.
