When the victims were well - cared for and sleepy, he allegedly stabbed them and broke them, writes the BBC, translates Periscope.
The bones were found in bags left near a lake in the city of Arkhangelsk.
The Russian Investigative Committee issued a media statement about the suspects, along with a video of his arrest.
The suspect reportedly had criminal records before, but the Committee in question did not disclose his name.
These murders occurred in 2016-2017, but the committee says it took long to identify victims. Two of them had no familiar relatives, with the third reportedly moving from one city to another in search of work. /Periscope
