CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi, responding to the questions of <x0 Ditore” about the diaspora voting process, has said that currently periods for mail voting are under way, which began on 19 September.
He added that ballotes should be accepted from the CEC by October 5th 2019.
“According to data, by September 27th we've received 2,000 alleged packets of paper”, he stressed.
Elez has said that counting votes via mail takes place at the Counting and Results Centre, after election day and after all previous procedures are held.
