In the real results published in the CEC, this party has dropped for the third time from the 4.99 per cent threshold. But it has become only five percent so far.
Whether there will be enough votes from the exile and on condition to achieve entry into parliament is unknown.
If it fails to achieve that, its percentage goes to parliamentary parties, further strengthening their position and being donated by two MPs, writes Periscope, respectively.
