The Vetevendosje movement has submitted the complaint to the Supreme Court today aimed at allowing the count of all parcels of balloting from fellow countrymen, as well as rejecting the PACE decision.
We expect that in the nearest term the Supreme Court will make the decision, enabling the realisation of the right to choose and count the ballots of our citizens living outside Kosovo”, says the LVV report.
The LVV insists that the ballots were sent within time terms and that such should be counted.
We reminisce once again that the ballot packages were sent within time terms by fellow countrymen, and as such they should be counted and made part of the final election outcome in the Republic of Kosovo”, Vetevendosje's announcement concludes.
PZAP has rejected LVV's complaint yesterday, which requires 4 thousand and 539 envelopes with late ballot papers coming from the diaspora to go on count at the Counting and Results Centre. /Periscopi/
