In announcing the contract that the Lipjan Community has published on the official public Procurement Commission, it has become known that the duration of the contract will be 35 days from the date of giving.
“This project is for decorating the city for end-of-the-year holidays, the contract for this project should be ready by the beginning of December, and we have found it reasonable to proceed with this project in the short term because of time or even any complaint it might have after the assessment of”, it is said in the release released in the CRPP.
Companies interested in making Lipjan decorations for the holiday season have deadlines to submit their bids by November 4th this year at 11:00.
Any interested party may file complaints with the Compacting Authority, according to Article 108/A of Law No. 04/L-042 for the Public Procurement of the Republic of Kosovo, amended and met with law No. 04/L-237, law No. 05 L-068 and law No. 05 L-092n the address specified in Article I of this contract announcement”, says further in the announcement.
Otherwise, this city had not been decorated at all last year, since the mayor of the municipality had found violations by their contracted company. /Periscope
