Kurti: I'll go to Serbia with a list of requests at the dialogue table

Albin Kurti, invited to TV Klan with Blendy Fevziun, spoke of dialogue with Serbia.

He said it is not against dialogue, while citing his three principles for dialogue, Periscopi forwards.
