KS Kosovo session was warned to be postponed, but Dacic says he will be held on October 31st.

Previously on “V. Novosti” Belgrade's wrote it was likely to postpone this meeting, accusing Great Britain, who takes over the KS chairmanship from November 1st for manipulation of circumstances -- that Kosovo's ambassador to Washington, Vlora Citaku, has demanded postponement with the argument that it is busy, while Great Britain had officially demanded the postponement.
But “Danas” quoted Serbian Foreign Minister Dacic as saying that the meeting will be held as planned.
Koha.net recalls that Kosovo's Foreign Ministry has not had any pronouncement on whether or not Kosovo's representative will participate in the UN KS meeting, in which it is discussed for UNMIK's report on the situation in Kosovo.
