The institutions of Kosovo and Albania have taken a step towards co-operation for membership in the European Union.
They have reached implementation of the 2014 Agreement for the joint translation of EU legislation, with the goal of meeting the criteria towards the European road.
A research into civil society from both sides of the border is estimated to be the best institutional co-operation.
Albania has been given green light by the European Commission as membership candidates, but this did not find the Council's will.
For this, civil society is also seeking the creation of other joint working groups with the aim of continuing appeal to EU member states.
While Kosovo through a Stabilisation and Association Agreement is awaiting application for candidate country status, Albania in October expects the start of membership negotiations.
And a risk to the road to the EU is being assessed by the government's frequent change, resulting in short-term strategy.
