For the first time, administration will manage the performance of electricity supply during real-time elections through the KO programme. SOVANET to identify decay, and SCADA System to control electrical substation and obtain detailed data from these substations. At the same time, KEDS also has mobile generators available that are enough for emergency supply of facilities in case any surprises occur. In all, there are 7 mobile generators distributed in the 7 KED District throughout Kosovo. To eliminate eventual technical problems outside KED's competence, the company has checked each item or has a generator and is functional. In the event of an eventual problem, then those points will intervene with mobile generators from the company. KEDS has also checked all light equipment at polling stations in advance so as to ensure that each will offer enlightenment. A considerable portion of the pots the company has changed on its own, despite the fact that they are not company responsible, since they were not lit.
