Former conservative Prime Minister Theresa May said she supports the Brex agreement negotiated by her successor, Boris Johnson, despite this agreement passed the limit from its negotiations with Brussels.
May, whose Brex agreement was rejected three times by parliament, has earlier indicated that no British prime minister could accept a customs border between Northern Ireland and the rest of Great Britain.
May stresses that parliament would be guilty of the worst fraud against the British people if it fails to implement Brex.
“If you don't want an agreement, you have to vote for an agreement”, she addressed the MPs.
The veteran MP and former conservative minister Ken Clarke addressed parliament that Johnson's agreement would create a clear customs and regulatory border between Northern Ireland and Great Britain.
