That's because the same guy is suspected of misusing his official position.
“Based on accepted information of possible abuses in the Drenas municipality, after several months of investigation, has taken the necessary investigative action and has resulted that, the initial suspect (I.H) director of the Infrastructural in the Drensian municipality, for personal interests and his company (the company for building residential objects) has misinterpreted position or official authority, says Kosovo Police, the Pristina region.
Following the company of necessary investigative actions, evidence security, interviewing parties and interviewing the suspect person, Idriz Hyseyanaj, the same has been arrested and, with the decision of the competent prosecutor, sent to hold 48 hours for further procedures.
