In these elections, voters' rights have more than 1 million and 900 thousand citizens.
All seats have been opened over time, except for some minor irregularities.
The Central Election Commission has certified 25 political subjects, out of them 20 political parties, 4 coalitions and 1 independent candidate.
Early parliamentary elections come after Ramush Haradinaj's resignation from the prime minister's position, following the Special Court's invitation to the interview.
And the ballot boxes will be open until 7:00.
