The United Education, Science and Culture Union and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology have had problems during the prime minister's two-year rule in resignation, Ramush Haradinaj.
Grava, not the compensation of hours, the rise of cofficiency and a lot of frustration have conveyed the activity of the SBASK and August, while there are still unresolved and undefinated issues.
Under the New Law of Salaries, which included educators, the establishment of cofficients included positive wage movements that, under the decision, would have to be executed with the November pay.
However, according to SBASK head Nundman Jashar, this at the recommendation of Finance Minister Bedri Hamza, will happen with the December salary where the effects of this law will be observed.
Jashari has indicated that with the December salary, all public sector workers, including teachers, will receive salaries under the law.
“Initially it has been said that in November, then the Finance Ministry has said that the effects of the Law of Salaries will be seen with the December salary. According to Minister Hamza, the budget is secure, and with the December salary, all public sector workers will receive salaries based on the Law of Salaries meaning positive”, Jashar said.
The other issue that has remained unresolved between the SBASK and August is the issue of improving cofficients for primary teachers, professors and psychologists.
This, at the request of the SBASK, is said to be equal to low-school teachers (6-9).
Asked about the Jashari news issue.net has indicated that the same demand will be forwarded to the future education minister, as they consider this to be the right of this category of teachers and education workers.
“We expect the elections to be held properly, I wish that we have good institutions, as well as that the education minister is a member of the education that knows the circumstances, and that we will reconfirm our application that will be sent to the future minister, but also the Assembly Commission for Education, that it will become an improvement of the cofficiency for the teachers of the 1-5, professors, psychologists and secretaries to have as primary teachers in the 6-9, and I believe that this is not difficult to happen and that it can be done<1x>, Jasharnet said.
He has in the end said this will be the first SBASK request for the future minister and the Parliamentary Education Commission, which could be done with the amendment of the Law on Salaries.
