International Football Federation President Gianni Infantino named a historic decision, the tournament that will replace the Confederate Cup.
The World Clubs will take place once every 4 years and eight European teams will participate, including winners of each season in the Champions League and Evil Europe.
Countries available to formations from the old continent will be 8, while another 6 will come from South America.
The other 10 countries that will complement the world of clubs will come from Asia, Africa, North America and Oceania.
In recent cases, FIFA has decided to hand over counterparts, competencies and criteria for the qualifications towards the finals.
For Europe, the ranking in the U was initially considered EFA, but strong lobbies have been reshaping and a place for Europe, the League.
If the tournament was to take place today, virtually certain of the final phase are Real Madrid and Liverpool, the last two Champions, as well as Athletico and Chelsi, the two triumphs in the last two editions in Europe League.
