Constitutional Court Marks 10 Years of Work

Kosovo's Constitutional Court celebrates the 10th jubilee of the judicial year with a solemn ceremony, which will be organised today in the “Beet haven “Emerald” hotel hall in Pristina. The ceremony will begin at 5: 00 a.m. and the highest state leaders, accredited representatives of diplomatic and [...] missions will participate.
The ceremony will begin at 5: 00 p.m. and will take part in the highest state leaders, accredited representatives of diplomatic missions and international organisations in the country, as well as the highest-ranking delegations from Albania's Constitutional Court, the Constitutional Court of Montenegro, the Constitutional Court of Northern Macedonia, the Constitutional Court of Croatia, the Constitutional Court of Turkey, the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, the Constitutional Court of Portugal, Luxembourg Constitutional Court and the Constitutional Court of Malta.
Participants at the jubilee anniversary ceremony of the Constitutional Court will also be the international lawyer and representative of the Republic of Ireland at the Venice Commission, Graine McMorrow, as well as the director of international American Federal Society for Law and Public Policy Studies, Jim Kelly.
With the speech, participants at the ceremony will head the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, Arta Rama-Hajriz, Republic of Ireland's representative to the Venice Commission, Graine McMorrow and former international judge of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, Snezana Botusharova.
