So as in the 2014 campaign, every meeting in this campaign is the leader of Kadri Wessel's PDK, Raif Qela, is presenting him as its accomplice. He has even personally insisted that Raif Qela be on the candidate list.
From 1990 until 1993, when he was also imprisoned for the fifth time, Raif Qela was co-operative of Kadri Veselin and Hashim Thaci in the illegal organisations at the time, sources of the newspaper reveal.
Raif Qela enjoys an undisputed authority in the town where he was born and grew up in Mitrovica.
