According to legends, and more often they are connected to Bangar as scary for those who are not prejudiced, this place is a ghost town.

According to one legend, a once famous city was cursed by a man named Baba Balnat, who allowed the city to be built on the condition that no part of it cast a shadow over his house. If that happens, Baba Balat has threatened that the city will be destroyed.

This is supposed to have happened: a prince had erected a very high palace, and the house of Father Balnat was in shadow, and he cast a curse, whose power continues to this day.

According to another legend, sorcerer Singh fell in love with the princess, the city's ruler's daughter, and prepared a magic potion so that his love would return.

However, the princess realized that the oil the maid brought her from the market was bewitched and refused to use it. Legend has it that the sorcerer was so angry that he threw a curse on Bangar, and many still believe it is more than a folk tale because since next year, Bangar fought against Ajabgarh.

Then the princess also perished, and the ghost stories that surrounded Bangar began to circulate.

Archaeologists have found proof of life in Bangar dating back to the prehistoric.

Today, fewer than 1,300 people live in the vast territory of this city, and it is best known for the ruins of temples erected in honor of Gopinat, Shiva, Hanumana, Ghana, Vishal Devti, Lavina Dev and Keshava.

With centuries of decay and omens, the fortress, wet green, looks quiet and is a popular tourist attraction, preserving the history of the kingdom built by the Maharaya Savai Grando Sin in the sixteenth century.

There are remains of city houses, the main street, mosque, and beautiful palace protected by two castles.

However, all history lovers and mystery can admire only Bangar's beauty during the day. As the sun sets, you must be outside its gates, otherwise you will obey the law.

“Access within Bangar's borders before sunrise and after sundown is strictly forbidden,” says on the table. “Legal measures will be taken against anyone who does not apply these instructions. ”

According to locals, many travelers and volunteers decided to stay overnight in the fortress and were never seen again. Whatever the truth, this banner certainly strengthens the mystery and makes Bangar an even more interesting tourist attraction, writes National Geographic.
