At the Centre for Counting and Results (QNR), 63% of boxes that, with the CEC's decision, have gone to a recount and are expected to close tomorrow.
Burim Ahmetaj co-ordinator at the QNR, said that very soon we can have the certificate of results, after the conditional vote is counted, from diaspora and persons with special needs.
“Check out conditional votes and count them. Control of votes with special needs as well as checking all votes for political subjects and candidates. We can say that all these processes cannot be carried out within days. We may need more than a week”, says about RTV Dukagjin, Burim Ahmetaj.
