The bitter inner-party struggle among candidates for MPs: Serious Earthquakes Expected?

It seems that the candidates for MPs from our political parties were not very concerned about which party would win the October 6th snap elections. The main concern was the gathering of as many votes for themselves in order to secure a seat in the Kosovo Assembly. TV studios looked like [...]

In TV studios, they looked like good and unseen people with their parties, and they were only hostile to rival parties. But television does not present the whole truth. Kosovo political parties actually never had more heterogenous than this time.

Democratic Party of Kosovo [ The PDK] brought a huge crowd of people from the Civil Society, who saw so well from a part of the hierarchy of this party. Eliza Hoxha, Besa-Ismail, Migen Kelmendi, Albanian Demaci, Blerim Latifi and many others, ran for the first time in the party. Many ancient officials, however, were left by their side. The deputy of all six Parliament legislatures, Xhavit Haliti, is said to have remained out for the first time.

So did other parties. In the LDK, the rivalry between the new generation and the old generation is known. Even in this party, well-known old names seem to have been overturned by new politicians. Ismet Beqiri will not hear the voice on this warrant.

But it was also a mess in Vetevendosje Movement. Emin Gerbeshi was competing side by side with Mimoza Kusar, who had been accusing him of corruption years earlier. Avni Zogiani also competed side by side with Haki Abbas, who was accused of the same. Meanwhile, there was Fidan Ademi on the list, who, after taking Kalashnikov in his hand in a photograph, was expelled from the Komuna from Agim Bahtiri.

And these inner-party hostilities have erupted shortly after the October 6th elections, but at limited size so far.

Brian Latifi of The PDK gathered the courage and strongly accused him of stealing votes the members of his party. “The PDK did not beat the VV or the LDK, PDK beat him The PDK; the unscrupulous fight of its candidates to rob each other's votes, he declared, later venting a river of accusations towards the mayors.

Notably, Mrs. Besa Luza, who claimed that even though she had voted with her husband at a polling station in Pristina, the results had been released by only one vote, implying that the copartisans had stolen her next vote, and even other votes she could have had.

The same complaint the other candidate from the AAK- The PSD, Fiknet Beata, which in a Facebook status, said there is evidence of the vote theft that took place within the party.

Even singer Labinot Tahiri, known as Labby, has charged The AAK has stolen votes, especially in the Dukagjin area, even though it does not regret trusting Ramush Haradinaj in advance.

Such a thing has never been spoken of by political party leaders, while many MPs speak only privately not to harm the party belonging to them.

They have even repeatedly circulated that from the top of party hierarchys, even in this election, militants have been instructed to vote on certain candidates at the expense of others. This policy of favourability, however, has never been accepted by political parties. /Periscopi/B. Hot
