After analyzing the media proposals of the deceased family, Astrit Dehari, and their legal representative, the specific and urgent nature of this case, as well as in the function of efficient development of criminal procedure and the avoidance of confusion over the possibility of violating the principle of impartiality, the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo is scheduled to make further procedure of this criminal issue.”, the prosecution's announcement reported.
