The outcome of the 6 October elections, where the Vetevendosje Movement ranks first, is seen as the citizens' decision for radical changes in government. Analysts say that for the first time two political parties -- namely, Vetevendosje and LDK -- can make the government, since they may have 61 to 63 deputies, but that at least a third subject should be included in their agreement.
University professor Behlul Beqaj for Kosova Prees says yesterday's elections have proved that a potential birth of political change is beginning.
While stressing that the coalition between the VV and LDK would have to happen, but according to him, at least a third subject should be included.
“The citizens have actually begun to reflect. Gradually, the western rule of a political way and school is beginning. On the other hand, the potential birth of policymakers who will probably learn from all these consequences that have led up to... the coalition between VV and LDK would have to happen, that does not mean there will be this definition epilogue... but I still believe that you can really expect these two parties to reach the agreement. The agreement would at least imply the involvement of a third subject meaning in the fingernail the involvement of a commander”, he says.
That big change has taken place, says political analyst Ramush Tahiri, until he gave details about what political combinations should be, in the case of the V coalition. V-LDK.
The people voted for changes. The people who were in government have turned all over, if Limaj doesn't cross with the Initiative. The characteristic is that for the first time two political parties can make the government. Vetevendosje and LDK have 61-63 deputies of these split and excessive votes among the winning parties. The constitutional solution is for these two parties to co-operate. The political principle is that the party that has won the elections has the prime minister and the speaker of the Parliament, because the prime minister has it as the Constitutional Standard. While the government, Albin Kurti has said it will lead the winning party and the leader who is such a party leader to make decisions. I hope Vjosa Osmani will be Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs”, says analyst Tahiri.
Meanwhile, the other political analyst, Artan Murati, said the election results show best for citizens' will, while saying the Vetevendosje Movement and the LDK have the open way for the post-election coalition to form the new government in Kosovo.
This best shows citizens' will how they want to see Kosovo or who they want to see in future co-governance. The preliminary presence of two political subjects has been that whoever wins the elections will invite the other to enter the coalition. If there's no change in recent moments and any eventual causes, I believe the two political subjects discussed earlier. Based on this, there may be a paved way for potential co-operation to create the new body”, Murati says.
Political analyst Marzen Maliqi has said that the Vetevendosje Movement should split power by second force, if they find the formula for hiring programmes, governance mode and repairing reports seriously damaged with the United States and the EU, but if this is ignored, we could have problems again.
According to CEC data and the count of 98 per cent of the vote, Vetevendosje Movement is leading by 200,000 and 754 votes, or 25,55 per cent. Rich from the LDK with 195 thousand and 296 votes, returned and accounted for 24.86 per cent.
Third ranks 21 per cent The PDK, and the fourth AAK, with 11.53 per cent. Based on these data, coalition Initiative - AKR-PD is not passing the threshold, as they have only 4,89 per cent of the vote.
