The secret has been signed by President Hashim Thaci, and has relied on the Foreign Affairs Ministry proposals (MPJ). Through two decrees, ambassadors have become Ulysses Emra and Heroina Telaku, who previously served the ministers of the Democratic Party (PDK), the political subject that has been headed by Thaci until he was elected president. With the other, it has become general consul Susan Novobrdalija, who has been deputy to the New Kosovo Alliance (AKR), the party led by MPJ minister Behgjet Pacolli.
“Z. Ulyss Emra is named Mission/Ambassor of the Republic of Kosovo in the Kingdom of Norway, headquartered in Oslo”, said in the president's decree, dated October 11th. The Republic of Kosovo's Ministry of Foreign Affairs is signed to take all necessary actions to implement this decree”.
The proposal for Emera, Minister Pacolli, was given on August 22nd, the day the Parliament was disbanded, decision-making that imposed early elections.
Election preliminary score moved PDK as the third party. It's the worst result for him since he was founded two decades ago.
