The Serbian List, of course, is Belgrade's protracted hand, but if they won most of the mandates, they cannot be overlooked, Alma Lama wrote.

Albin Kurti's first political mistake after winning the election.
For Serbian media N1 has declared that it will not take Serbian List into government, but other Serbs.
Under the Constitution of Kosovo, the Prime Minister cannot take over the government where he wants to, but the representatives of the communities represented in the Assembly, or who have the support of representatives in the Assembly.
This is actually defined as having the approval of the Constitutional Congress.
The Serbian list, of course, is Belgrade's protracted hand, but if they have won most of the mandates, they cannot be overlooked. Ministers' posts and deputy ministers meeting you with the Constitution will take them. It's up to the executive leader to monitor whether they do the job right or not.
