Kurti declared days before the Serbian List is actually the state of Serbia and therefore cannot be in his government any member. While Serbian List deputy chairman Dalibor Yevtic has told Serbian media that if Kurti wants to form legitimate governments, then he must knock on the Serbian List door.
Eugen Cakoli from KDI has clarified about the news.net, if Kurti can tell the Serbs of this List.
The resolution of these ministers is required to be made in consultation with political subjects, which represent relevant communities. This means that if the Serb List wins all seats guaranteed for the Serb community, the candidate for prime minister is obliged to make the specified number of ministers and deputy ministers in consultation with the Serbian List”, Calkoli has said.
According to him, if someone outside the Parliament is appointed for these positions, then formal approval of most of the Serb community is needed.
If this approval is not obtained, then the prime minister's candidacy does not exceed”, Calcoli stressed.
The recognition of the Constitution, Muhamet Kelmendi, has shown what position minorities will have in the next government, whoever forms it.
The “in Government should at least be a minister from the Serbian community and a minister from non-most communities if there are only 12 ministries. If the number of 12 ministries is passed, there are 2 ministries from Serbs -- 1 from non-party communities, 3 deputy ministers from Serbs and 2 deputy ministers from non-communities” -- Kelmendi has said.
He added that a deputy head of the Parliament should be from Serb minorities and a deputy head of non-Serb minorities.
Today, Kurti said it is a constitutional obligation for the Serbian community to have a minister if there are 12 ministries at the maximum.
“We will respect the constitution, but we will not run to the Serbian List without talking to other Serbs who have been competing and who have said they have been severely violated. We will not go to the people of Belgrade, without taking the first step with Serbs accepting our state”, Kurti has declared.
VV and LDK today have indicated they have reached agreement on co-government.
