Marian Chameta is accused of murder because of family relations.
Two years ago, she was suspected of poisoning her mother - in - law, Freedom Lami.
The next session, where the defense is expected and the decision is made, will be held on November 4th at 9:00.
The prosecution has sought 35 years in prison for Mariana Ccmeta, since the law does not allow life in prison for women.
