Valmir Elezi, a media spokesman for the CEC, told Klkosova.tv that 265 seats have been recounted by 1600 this Sunday.
The “by 4: 00 p.m. of today's day has been renumbered by half of the locations. According to post-day data on Sunday, 265 locations or 50% out of 530 have been planned” have been re-counted.
