The Founding Prosecutor in Gjilan has detained suspect A. The U.S., in 48 hours ' length, due to the suspicion that 241 grams of narcotics, of the type Marihua.
There is suspicion, according to the Prosecutor, based on yesterday, about 12:30 minutes, suspect A. The S., without authorization and with the aim of selling, has possessed narcotics, with cases during the police raid on his home in Gjilan, 241 grams of narcotics have been found.
The suspect had attempted to escape from the police after he had been packing narcotics at his home's escort facilities, where during the raid they were seized:
A bag of plastics with a narcotic substance of the type Marrihuane in weight of 183. 9 grams,
A 24 small packages, such as Marihua, as well as a divided amount into small pieces ready for packing, in weight of 57.1 grams,
400 small packages, which serve as a packager and sale for the Mariajuana.
With these actions, it is suspected that the same has carried out criminal work -- the possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope or analoge -- of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
