The LDK) does not plan to attend this meeting, where the president, prime minister and negotiating team are also invited, KTV reports.
MP Vjosa Osmani has said they will not become part of an effort to legitimise a process that, according to her, is damaging Kosovo.
That even Vetevendosje will not attend this meeting, MP Jelal Svechla has confirmed.
He has said his party has clear requirements on the dialogue process.
It is the second time that Parliament Speaker Kadri Veseli invites institutional leaders and opposition representatives to a joint meeting to co-ordinate dialogue, following the formation of the negotiating group led by Fatmir Limaj and Shpend Ahmeti.
The LDK) and Vetevendosje are not part of the team.
The meeting is expected to be held Monday in the Kosovo Assembly.
