The term <x0-terrorist” from Ankara is usually used to refer to members of the Kurdistan Workers' Party, a group that is banned in Turkey and considered a terrorist organisation by the European Union.
According to the Turkish ministry, those killed in the air strikes that were carried out on Saturday were planning an attack on a Turkish military base.
Air strikes were carried out in the Avasin-Basian region.
