Thaci for the Washington Post: Kosovo can lift tax if we have a clear path towards final agreement with Serbia

Under pressure from President Trump's administration and with President Trump's promise of a peace ceremony, Kosovo's president has pledged to take a major step towards resolving tensions with the Balkan rival Serbia.
