“As the president of the Republic of Kosovo, I have provided the necessary information or information that follows from the Kosovo president's office so that this is an informative document for the Kosovo delegation in order to announce and help the negotiating team fulfil the tasks they have received for representing the dialogue in the best manner. As we have discussed earlier, this information document included the background of the final phase of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, then the Kosovo side's overall positions at meetings held with EU representatives in Brussels led by Mrs. Moghrin and her team. Also included in the Kosovo president's document are the remarks, suggestions and recommendations we have given on our part as the presidency office and which will be needed for the negotiating team.
Thaci stresses that it will be difficult to reach the agreement, yet believes in the US and the EU, Periscopi broadcasts.
Our goal remains to reach an inclusive agreement in the coming weeks and months guaranteeing Kosovo's presence in the UN -- recognition from Serbia, meaning that there will never again be war between Kosovo and Serbia -- there will be limits by European standards, there will be no ethnic grounds. I believe that something like this with very big difficulties can be achieved, I know there will be obstacles, confrontations, there will be different headaches but believe in the full support of America and the leadership of the European Union”, Thaci said.
On the other hand, he has told of topics involving his report to the delegation.
