From Pristina, after co-ordinating with the person N.N., they broke into the window of a bar in Gjakova and received 358 packs of different types of cigarettes and the money chest that was found in the now damaged A.S. store. According to the prosecution, the defendants, although being spotted by the police, have managed to leave the scene, where during the departure they have hit the police vehicle, and three of them on foot have fled in the unknown direction, while the defendant M.R. has been arrested and found in custody since November 14th of the year we left behind.
With these actions, there is a well-founded suspicion that the defendant has fulfilled the elements of the criminal act described above.
The prosecutor of the case, he has nominated the Constitutional Court in Gjakova, for the defendant to be found guilty and to be convicted according to the law of criminal acts that are placed on him.
