This will happen after the Government of Kosovo, during Tuesday, made a decision not to implement the 100 per cent measure for products that entered the country before November 21st, when the first move has been imposed, KTV reports.
But the same did not carry out customs procedures.
Kosovo Customs spokesman Adriatic Stavileci has shown that the merchandise will be subject only to increased tax.
Business representatives in the country have welcomed the decision.
The chairman of the American Oda in Kosovo, Arian Zeka, has shown that business goods were stuck, as the government had not given deadlines for customs and their withdrawal from warehouses.
Zeka has demanded that businesses that have paid the measure during this period and have extracted products from warehouses, compensated for their money.
In customs, however, they have shown that no business had withdrawn goods from stocks.
80 per cent of the stocks are with food goods.
Until, since the first measure was imposed, customs had suspended accepting goods into warehouses from these two countries, except for international interiors.
This decision had sparked debate at last week's government meeting, with some ministers demanding that there be a detailed report by the Ministry of Finance.
