The Constitutional Court in Gjilan has sentenced Ghani Brnjashi to 25 years in prison today for killing his 14-year-old son.
The case came in May of last year in Low Karacheva. Bernish had beaten his only son with strong means, and afterward he had not sent him for medical help.
The suspect had pleaded guilty to “I did it, but I'm not good at it, I've got a lot of wrong”.
He in his statement to the judges had confessed in detail how he had killed his son because of a amount of 1500 euros.
