January 13, 2018/ Attents Lul Tower in Shkodra

Known as the strong and finer in Shkodra, Lul Tower, it takes place on January 13th of this year. More than 500 pounds [500 kg] of explosives exploded just a few yards from the Lulzim Tower machine, but this last managed to survive. The images of the explosion at Shkodra looked like a terrorist act where another 6 people were injured. Almost everything was destroyed, but Lull Tower survived.

One leg was cut off and today there are hearing problems. That's exactly what this assassination would make Shkodra across 2018 called “Palermo”, as murders and disappearances would follow each other. January 14, 2018/ Emiliano Boci is killed

24 hours after the assassination against Lulzim Tower, the hand of the crime moves to Tirana. On the night of January 14th, Emiliano Boci makes the assassination by leaving him dead while his friend was wounded. Boci had been back from Germany for only two months and was shot in the back more than 3 times inside his car. Boc's murder is suspected to be linked to drug clashes. The 32-year-old was part of a drug group in Germany and is thought to have paid someone else to eliminate.

Eight months after the murder, police arrested the assassin of Emilano Boc, Hector Dhecuka. The 30-year-old named as a dangerous “killer” was arrested by returning from Greece to the Kakaville border checkpoint. The D.A.P.D. is a dangerous killer and is suspected to have committed other murders.

The prosecution says it has scientific evidence linking Dzecuka to the killing of Emiliano Boc, but so far this file has been kept secret. The 30-year-old denied that he has killed Emiliano Boc and has so far refused to co-operate with justice.

January 21, 2018/ Aldison Belulaj kills Ariel Mqira

Family love stories and crime have shaken public opinion in 2018. On January 21, 2018, Aldison Belulaj killed his former girlfriend Ariel Mqira and then shot one bullet in his head. The event shocked passersby, who saw two young men lying on the ground. Ariel Murati died on the spot, while Aldison Belulaj passed away a week later in Hospital. The murder led to the fact that Aldison Belulaj could not accept the separation from Ariel Mtraqi. The 21-year-old had told Belulaj that she could not relate to him and in a serious psychological state, Aldison Belulaj bought a pistol and shot Ariel Mqirat. Two young men originally from the same village, Fieri's Zharzira had finished school together and had later come to Tirana. The event prompted family members to react to further retaliation. Ariel Murati had gone to the commissioners to denounce Aldison Belulaj, while she often told her sister that Belulaj was threatening her and fearing him.

January 29, 2018 / Killing Devi Kasmi

A mob attack went to 41-year-old Dev Kasmi on the 29th of January 2018. Defrost Kasmi was known by the nickname Defrim “qer”. He was also known as “fantma”. No photo of him has been public, and for this reason he was known as “fantaze”, since very few people knew his face. The 42-year-old has been involved in cocaine trafficking in France and Spain. In the 42-year-old apartment, police have located and seized 3kg of cocaine, 300 grams of LSD drugs and an automatic weapon. The man who allegedly killed Dev Kasmin and is arrested today. He's the Greek Efthymiou Ephthymius, who fired 5 Kasmin bullets.

Aureel Hoxhallari, meanwhile, is the leader of this group and is on international quest. Dev Kasmi was allegedly killed after an order came from Greece for his execution. But the Greek arrested, along with the other three people, have not confessed to crime, nor have they told of the taskmaster. Dvi Kasmi's execution was prepared at a villa in the Mazezi area of Tirana, where the criminal group had its base.

February 14, 2018/ Killing Memley Begalla

64-year-old Memli Begalla was on his way home on the night of February 14th as a person approaches and hits him with one bullet in his head. Begalla found her immediate death without going up the stairs to her home. The authors used this tunnel to get to Memley Begalla and left in a BMW vehicle, apparently from these images. The people who killed Begalla are Denis Demiri and Ardjan Serez, who were arrested by blue uniforms a few days after the event. Police kept Denis Demirin and Ardjan Serez in observation, and in a conversation they had with each other in a coffee bar, said that “saved, we couldn't find”. That was what led to their arrest and the security of some other scientific evidence that gathered at the scene and received at the BMW car. Memli Begalla's murder relates to an amount of 1 tonnes of drugs seized in Tepelene, where Ardjan Serez was arrested in 2014. The conflict he had in paying for this drug service caused Ardjan Serez to organize Begalla's assassination on February 14th.

Mario Maylar's murder of April 10, 2018

Mario Maylar had been refused asylum in Sweden for just a few months and had returned to Albania. Fear of any revenge from the Djuz family because of several murders involving his father in 2000 caused Mylari to seek asylum in Sweden. The 28-year-old's vision of any revenge proved true. Kastriot Djuzi on the evening of April 10th killed Mario Majolari in an alley near his apartment. The young man was on his way home when he was executed. Police went for control at Castillo Djuz's apartment, but found that he had escaped towards Kosovo. Djuzi was detained a few months later in Kosovo and brought to Albania, where he is facing charges brought by the prosecution. Despite lack of convincing evidence, the fact that Castillo Djuz left on the day of Mario Maylar's murder and the events of clashes in 2000 linked him to the execution of 28-year-old. In 2000, Mario Maylar's father, Avni Maylar, killed Armando Neylan and Ilir Djuz, the brother of Kastriot Djuz. Mario Maylar's neighbors described him as a good boy and had no connection with Father's stories. Mario Maylari was refused asylum in Sweden after Albanian police had returned to the Swedish state that he was safe in Albania and did not risk his life.

June 8, 2018 /Jafer Mata kills Juliet Chun

Two hours before senior Juliet Chun entered the Language-Letter exam, she was killed by ex-boyfriend Giaferr Mata. Another murder because of broken love that ended tragicly with two dead. Xhafer Mata after killing Juliet Chun shot himself. The second tragic crime that rocked the country within six months. You owe me a lot of money, I destroyed my family, I left my wife and child, I helped you, and with my face-to-face, it was Xhafer mata's message, before he killed his ex-girlfriend. A passerby has turned to him asking why he killed him, while Xhafer Mata has responded calmly “I did well to kill him” Xhaferr Mata had long expelled her wife from home and had long established a link with 19-year-old Juliet Chun, but that the senior had later refused to follow through.

Extinction Gezim Hysa and Agron Apple

In June two people disappeared in Shkodra without leaving a trace. Gezim Hysa and his grandson Agron Mola came out of their dwellings to meet someone, but then they were never found again. No signs of life, no phone calls, no evidence to indicate their whereabouts. This caused Gezim Hysa's wife to report their disappearance. Gezim Hysa and Agron Apple are suspected to be involved in a conflict with a criminal group in Shkodra, but no police evidence has been found.

July 14, 2018/ Kill Casey Hysa

The 50kg of hashish conflict caused Casey Hysa to be killed in Nykle in the Kruja Field. The 34-year-old was killed and buried inside a parcel of cannabis in Nykle. Authors of this event were Hysni Ramaj and Agron Tufa declared in the search. Before the Hysni Ramaj police, he indicated that the conflict between Casey Hysa and him occurred because Hysa had saved 50kg of cannabis, which Ramaj had lost. In the amount of lost cannabis, Hysa asked for 15 grand and Rama threatened to take his home and everything. In his confession to the police, Ramaj shows that on the day of the event, along with Agron Tufe, they were working on a weed parcel located in a deforested place near the cemetery of Shelqeti village. They called Casey Hysa and told her to come and collect the debt, but they killed him there.

July 15, 2018/ Boran Brcana and Sylvi Ndoci are killed

From January, when it was struck with Lulzim Tower until July 15th, Shkodra had fallen in peace. But from this date until October, Shkodra came out of control of the police, where the killings were successive. On July 15th, Boran Brcana and Sylvi Ndoci are killed inside their car. August 8, 2018/ Fabball Lici Killed

Shkodra finds no peace.

On August 8th, he is killed in a Faball Licci mob assassination, the brother-in-law of Lull Tower, who was awarded tritol strikes in January. Lici was consuming her morning coffee, when two people approached and hit her with a hail of Kalashnikov. Fatball Lici finds immediate death. The criminal groups in Shkodra had already begun eliminating each other directly and the clash between the Lici families and Bajray had taken another dimension. Fatbath Lici was the brother of Mustafa Lici, member of the Shkodra Municipal Council. Despite the fact that Fatball Lici was charged with another murder years ago, police believe it is directly linked to the Bajri group, but that today it does not have enough evidence. After that, the Lici family was embarrassed, and Mustafa Lici charged that the state is co-operating with gangs in Shkodra. The northern city has become a fierce battle between criminal gangs, as many as citizens and religious representatives appeal to stop the war.

August 10, 2018/ Ritvan Zykaj kills 8

Not once in Albania a single person had killed eight overland citizens. Not even in the bad 1997s. 24-year-old Ritvan Zykaj killed eight of his relatives, insinuating that he was accused of stealing chickens. The event took place in the village of Resulaj in Selenica, which rocked Albania.

Demir Zykaj 76, Perri Zykaj 76-year-old; Besim Zykaj 45-year-old (son), Vasilika Zykaj 40 (Belief's wife), Sara Zykaj 17, (Faith Girl) Ledion Zykaj 6 (son of Faith); Azem Zykaj 49 (son), Aferdita Zykaj 47-year-old (Azem's wife), were 8 people killed by Ritvan Zykaj's hand.

Police have been conducting an operation all night that leads Rituvan Zykane into handcuffs. I killed I was charged with stealing chickens” was the words of Ritvan Zykat in the police. He has appeared I quietly and after no signs of regret. In the courtroom, the Selenica monster was black-eyed. Resulaj village residents in Selencina were shocked by what happened. This massacre in Selenica once again showed that keeping arms without permission brings the loss of lives to innocent people.

September 1, 2018/ Arjan Ferracac killed

Shkodra again.

Arjan Ferracaku is killed on September 1st as he was passing through the Hidrovori area in Dobrac, Shkodra. He was shot with a hail of Kalashnikov by two people, but until now police have found no trace. The 30-year-old had no conflict. He owned several businesses in Shkodra and was suspected that criminal groups in this city have imposed a fine. But even this track hasn't produced any orientation for investigators to track down murderers. The two bombers have been waiting for Arjan Ferracak to go to a field area to kill. Two other people who were with the 30-year-old got away from fear.

Even this murder was allegedly committed under the clashes between criminal groups in the northern city. After this murder in Shkodra, large families began defending themselves because the number of murders and assassinations had increased. One hand lies behind these murders in the northern city, but the police and the Prosecution have stayed at the site for their dawn.

September 21, 2018/ Bayari Group Hit

After four people killed and two missing, the State Police decided to intervene in Shkodra. The evening of September 21st in an operation conducted in Tirana, Shkodra and Rotterdam of the Netherlands was hit by the Bajri criminal group, dubbed a dangerous criminal group. Safet Bajri, Behar Bajri, Samet Kotuni, Ilir Rustemi, Astmer Bilali, Armir Grimaj, Fabjol Rexhepi, Ismet Idrizi, Denis Brajovic and Claudio Hoxhaliu. Later, the head of the Bajri criminal group, Enver Bajri, was arrested in Spain.

They're all accused of structured criminal groups, of a murder committed 10 years ago, but not of the last events in Shkodra. Despite the police suspect that the Bajri group is behind the murder in Shkodra, there is no evidence today to sue them in court.

Following the arrest of the Bajri criminal group, Shkodra seems to find peace at the moment, while their rivals, the Lici family, remain confined.

October 4, 2018/ The crash in the former Block

The capital's calm waters of criminal events were disturbed on the evening of October 4th, where a gun crash caused one dead and two wounded. Among the persons involved in the event was Ervis Martinaj, named one of the most dangerous persons in Tirana and influential to the directors of the Tirana Police and State Police.

Fabjan Gagha was killed by the crash as Ervis Martinaj and Eljo Hato was wounded. The TV report was able to finally secure the crash video in the former Block and what happened within 2 minutes and 30 seconds at the “Monopol”.

Ervin Mata, the lover of Elvana Durs, along with Mervjol Bilon and Fabjol Alushin were fought in the outer environments of the Monopol bar with Eldi Dizdar, grandson of Arber Cekaj. The conflict is suspected to be a drug debt. At this point Eldi Dizdar alerts Ervis Martinaj of what had happened, and 36-year-old arranges his group to meet with Ervin Matta. From the video that Report Tv provided the distinction that Ervis Martinaj and his group as soon as they enter the Monopole club start to conflict with Ervin Mata's group. Everything happened about the fact that Ervin Mata allegedly told Eldi Dizdar that “doesn't even ask about you, even Ervis Martinajn”. Today, in prison for this event, Ervis Martinaj and Eljo Hato remain at large, while Ervin Mata and Mervjol Bilo remain at large, allegedly shooting. This event also raised doubts about justice, as communications with senior leaders of the blue uniforms have been found on Ervis Martinaj's phone, and gunpowders of gunpowder were taken by experts. This has led the prosecution to lack accurate information about the people who shot inside the bar “Monopol”.

November 7, 2018 / Killed Edison Harizaj and Genc Cacci

Vlora's Il Padrino, Edison Harizaj, is killed in a mafia assassination in Durres. Harizaj was hosted by two other cars, and his close friend Genc Cac remained dead. The 39-year-old was named in Vlora and his name when he was not mentioned either by police or by the crime world. This was considered a person of great influence. He was investigated for the murder of Judge Skerdilajd Konomi, but no evidence was found at the time. “Pageguard”, charged with the disappearance of Albano Xhaferri and Elvis Trokes in Vlora, according to sources from State Police, was unprecedented. But it seems that 5 people organised his murder and did this in the city of Durres, where Edison Harizaj had killed two people in 1999 and had served 13 years in prison. The assassination attempt Harizaj was allegedly ordered by Belgium, and police found one of the cars used for the murder, burned in the city of Durres. A young man from Vlora whose name is kept secret by the police today.

Edison Harizaj was traveling from Tirana to Vlora and is thought to have been followed all the time. A car blocked the path to the crime by causing Harizaj to deviate, and there we were hit with a hail of Kalashnikov.

Extinctions in Vlora

November 14, 2018/ Fatos Ferracaku killed

Fisherman Fatos Ferracaku was killed in the middle of Shkodra by two people at noon on November 14th. He was selling fish when we were shot by two guys in a mask and then took off on a motorcycle.

The father of four allegedly killed because he saw the executions of Aryan Ferracac, his cousin. There's evidence that Fatos Ferracaku was near the Shkodra Hidrovor area on September 1, 2018, the day Arjan karac was killed. The fact that it has seen its perpetrators leave on foot has led them to organise the 40-year-old murder as well. Even for this murder in Shkodra, the police and Prosecution have no record of authors.

Five people killed, two missing and 1 strike in Shkodra across 2018 show that this town is already owned by criminal gangs aimed at eliminating rivals.

Even the last days of 2018 were bloody. Within days four people were killed in two different events in Tirana and Elbasan. 17-year-old Grisilda Gjikola was killed in an attempt to execute Erion Benga. Gicol was in the car with Erion Benga when a bullet pulled out of a 19-year-old's gun hit him in the head. The serious event shocked Tirana, while the author was not arrested by police.

The evening of December 29th restored the attention of all state structures in Elbasan. A shooting attack brought the killing of 3 people. Andrew Alibej, Arben Glilger and a trick citizen remained killed from near the Metarludjik area in Elbasan. The target of this assassination was Andrew Alibej, formerly arrested in Italy for cocaine trafficking. It is the cocaine conflict that has caused rival groups to organise the assassination of Alibej in Elbasan, just days after he arrived in Albania. Named the 2019 massacre for Elbasan, police failed to arrest authors, thought to be more than 3.

2018 will not only remember the killings and assassinations, but also the year the interior minister was changed. On October 27th, Fatmir Xhafaj resigned from the post of interior minister. An unexpected resignation. Instead, there is a name for Sander Loshaj, whose name slammed politics if it was to be named because of its status, the General holding.
