Former soldier of The KLA, Remzi Shala, known as “Red Molla”, has been on the run since he received an invitation to interview by the Special Court.
His lawyer, Natal Bulaaj, said during yesterday that neither he nor Remzi Shala's family are aware of the whereabouts of the former KLA soldier, reports news.
Lawyer Tome Gashi said that Remzi Shala's escape could serve as a threat from the Special Court to other guests.
According to him, the same could be arrested and sent to custody, because there is the conviction that they could escape the call from this court.
Yet, Remzi Shala apparently does not intend to surrender.
His relatives have told the news that Shala will not respond to special invitation.
They say they have contacted him, and that the same one has told them he is determined to stay on the run.
We contacted him. All we can say is that he is determined not to respond to the Special Court. We've asked him to show up, but it's his” decision, said a relative of Shala's.
And for Shala's escape, the result has also been the Special.
In an answer to news.net from the Special Prosecutor's Office, legal consequences have been warned for all who do not respond to invitations.
