Russian President Vladimir Putin during his visit to Serbia has said Russia's position on the Kosovo issue is known.
“We favour finding a solution in co-ordination with Security Council Resolution 1244, Putin said in Belgrade, writes B92, present Periscopi.
During joint address to the media with Aleksandar Vuciq, Putin has also talked about the formation of the Kosovo Army, which, according to him, has caused serious tensions in the region.
“Russia shares the same concern with the Serbian leadership and with their citizens that these movements can destabilise the Balkans”, he has said.
Russia, as Serbia has continued Putin, is interested in continuing to keep the Balkans safe.
