According to the press release, Peja's Constitutional Prosecutorship, has made a decision to initiate investigations into this criminal offense, against defendants G.B., and defendants R.M. and the U.S., on suspicion that they have committed criminal work “unauthorised possession of narcotics, psychotropope and analogue”, from Article 275, KPRK.
Peja's foundation prosecutor has announced that Kosovo police during the raid on the defendant's car G.B. have confiscated 4kg and 917 grams of marijuana and 1.2 grams of cocaine narcotics, while 2 grams of marijuana were confiscated in two other defendants.
Once, this prosecutor has issued orders for temporary restrictions on the defendant's car. The hearings for the appointment of these measures are expected to be held before the pre-procedure judge, who will decide on the prosecution's request./Periscopi/
