The possibility of suspending certain courses in universities, no job market for these professions

That fact is also bothering Labour and Social Management Minister Skender Recica.

He has called the fact that young people cannot be employed for what they have received professional preparations, reports Online Economics.

He says that in the future certain university directions can suspend work because the Kosovo market does not offer jobs for such preparations.

“Discretion can be increased and it is a valid one when tests are made to be seen that we have young and young people who, despite professional preparation, university, have failed to find a single day's work in the profession for which they have been educated and educated. Here he is, I think, what hasn't worked in the past. I say this because at regular meetings with businesses it happens that businesses have big difficulties and complain to us that there are no professional wherever they need. Something isn't working in this country, and the historical is pretty long”, Recica said.

According to Recica, all this problem is due to the poor orientation of young people in education.

He indicated that they are making efforts to come up with concrete recommendations in the future for young people and young people to be instructed to train, to study on the basis of job market needs.

The decision may be made that in some areas there will be no studies for a certain period, because in vain we can try to draw vaults when there is no labour market”, he said, EO reports.

He has said that more than 100 thousand job seekers registered this year, and the treatment that 11 thousand of them from this ministry, 6,000 have been employed, while another 5,000 have been trained professionally.

“In employment offices, we have approximately 100,000 registered job seekers, this number moving because if statistics are looked at within this year, we've handled over 11,000 job seekers, of them about 6,000 are in employment, about 5,000 thousand are skilled or trained professionally, which most of them after training, the training comes in 90 days that they get their initial training to find work<1>, he said.

Recica, has said that since receiving the mandate, there have been no delays in presenting cases for the statute of victims of sexual violence of war.

So far the commission has handled about 900 apps and is in the process of reviewing other apps, and the facts speak that somewhere over 173 apps that have resulted in meeting the previous criteria and are beginning to enjoy compensation rights. As for deaths and injuries at the workplace, the minister has said the level of security in the country is not yet in the right place.

“We will work hard to make workers' rights, the criteria for safety and health at work, respect of working hours and other issues that are regulated by the labour law become a reality for our citizens. In budgetary projections, as the minister, we have planned and introduced budgetary projections for recruiting with 15 new inspectors. The current contingent of inspectors will be added 15 more in the next year, and I think we will have more than 15 inspectors”, Recica said.

He has said the important should be further establishing the awareness of companies.

In addition to the 38 thousand war veterans who receive pensions, Recica said the budget is planned for this category, while he said they are the most sacred category and as such has been expressed ready to respond to their obligations each time.
