Recent poll: 46 % of young people want to leave Kosovo

The slightly higher countries willing to migrate are Haiti (63%), Liberia (66%) and Sierra Leone (71%). When Gallup conducted the study, Sierra Leone and Liberia were in the middle of Ebola's explosion.
Meanwhile, war-torn Syria ranks 12 (46%), followed by Kosovo (46%).
According to Gallup, the worldwide average of people who want to emigrate are estimated at 15%, slightly higher than the average between 2013 and 2016.
The desire of Albanians to migrate is four times higher than the world average, Telegraphy broadcast.
According to the analysis, Albania appears to be among the countries suffering from wars, conflicts, hunger and other disasters.
Similar polls have shown a growing desire for Albanians in recent years to abandon their country.
While these tests are useful for Albanian politics, to take concrete steps, the Government has not shown any plans to fight trends and the extraordinary levels of people's discontent with their country's situation.
Where is Kosovo?
The same Gallup poll puts Kosovo and Albania at the top of the “brain-heating index in Europe, which measures the level of highly educated youth who want to leave the country without planning to return.
According to the survey, in Kosovo, 42% of highly educated adults and their 32% in Albania would leave their countries permanently.
Kosovo is also third in the world according to the index of departure of the educated, after Sierra Leone (7.8%) and Syria (44%).

Experts consider unemployment, low wages, high corruption and the lack of rule of law, possibilities,... are like the main reasons why people in the Balkans want to leave.
As for Albania, for the past five years the Albanian government has not presented any concrete plans to respond to this issue.
